THE SHOP sends orders to its customers residing in the Iberian Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla through different transport companies. Residents in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may have limited services. These conditions are subject to change depending on product availability.
The production period is between one and five days from the day after receiving the order. It is possible that for different reasons an order suffers certain delays in production, due to stock mismatch, prior confirmation with the client, etc.
The transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise. THE STORE excludes any responsibility for delays produced by the transport agency, but it does undertake to replace within a reasonable time any order that has been damaged or lost by said agency.
5. Guarantee of returns and exchanges
If when you receive the merchandise, you are not satisfied, THE STORE will refund your money. Our main goal is complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased item, you can return it to us within 7 business days after receipt. Simply attach a note explaining the reason for the return and we will refund the money, free of charge, and in the same way it was paid. The merchandise must be returned with its original packaging and in perfect condition.
In the case the return was caused by damage during transport, you must tell us within 24 hours, so that we can make the relevant claim to the transport company.

THE STORE reserves the right to do not accept those orders it deems appropriate. Notifying the client properly, and immediately paying the amount thereof.

6. Intellectual property
